All orders over £150.00 are sent free of charge with DHL Express and is delivered 24 hours after handed over to DHL.
European orders are sent via Standard shipping (Deutsche Post) starting from £3.99 depending on the zone or via Premium shipping (DPD) starting from £10.95/ depending on the zone.
Expected delivery time varies per region.
Standard shipping is not available for every country as it does not provide satisfactory service in some regions.

We will Issue a 100% refund for all unopened products within 30 calendar days of delivery receipt.
If you react or not happy with a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. We will issue a refund of 50% of the purchase price for returned products that have at least 50% of the product remaining.
